Keep It Simple

To make losing weight as easy as possible be sure to purchase a smartwatch or activity tracker. These wonderful little devices have made all the difference in reaching my goals and I know they will do the same for you.

How can you lose weight if you don’t know how many calories you are burning each day? The answer is you can’t unless you eat next to nothing and even then you risk screwing up your metabolism which could over time actually cause you to gain weight.

Keep it simple and buy a fitness tracker or smartwatch such as my personal favorite, the Fitbit Versa 2. Monitor the calories that you burn each day and then eat fewer calories than you burn. It’s as simple as that.

Take The First Step

Take that first step today and enjoy a brighter, healthier, and happier tomorrow.

Don’t forget to reward yourself along the way. Make small goals and reward yourself each time you meet a new goal.

Every step is a step in the right direction even if it seems slow at times. You will be so glad that you did what you did when you finally achieve your ultimate goal.

    I just have to say, your website is awesome!

    I think not only women over 40 have this problem but women in their 30’s struggle with it as well.

    I have struggled throughout my life with weight. About 3 years ago I found out I had diabetes so that got my butt in gear to make a healthy change. Since then diet and exercise have been on my every day agenda. Through doing those 2 things, I have lost a total of 50 lbs. and I feel better than ever! 🙂
    Women need to stick together to motivate one another to succeed.
