  1. I actually have a fitbit Zip, at home. I’m on the road, right now, and didn’t bring it with me but will get back on track after my trip. This is a really nice website, too! I’ll surely find some really good weight loss tips.

    1. Hi Cheryl. That’s great that you already have the Fitbit Zip activity tracker. Knowing how many calories you burn each day is really the most important part of a weight loss plan.
